The canton of toulouges was 2015 a French constituency in the district Perpignan , in the department of Pyrenees-Orientales and the region Languedoc-Roussillon . Its main town was Toulouges . Louis Caseilles ( PS ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 1982 to 2015 .
