The Caribbean guilder ( Dutch Caribische gulden ) is the proposed currency for Curaçao and Sint Maarten (parts of the former Netherlands Antilles ) and is intended to replace the previous currency, the Antilles guilder , in a ratio of 1: 1. An introduction date is not yet known. There should be banknotes to the value of 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 guilders, coins to the value of 1, 5, 10, 25 and 50 cents as well as 1 and 5 guilders.

Like its predecessor, the Caribbean guilder is said to be pegged to the US dollar , with a fixed exchange rate of 1 USD = 1.79 CMg.
