Karolína Stuchlá (born February 24, 1994 in Děčín ) is a Czech tennis player .

Career

Stuchlá mainly plays in tournaments of the ITF Women's Circuit , where she has won 13 doubles titles so far, twelve of them with her permanent doubles partner Lenka Kunčíková .

She played her first professional tournament in June 2012 in Jablonec nad Nisou , where she was eliminated in the first round. In September of the same year she achieved her first victory at the tournament in Prague . In October 2014 she reached her first individual final at the tournament in Albena , in which she lost to her compatriot Pernilla Mendesová with 5: 7 and 2: 6.

Stuchlá celebrated greater successes in doubles so far. In 2013 she won her first title together with Lenka Kunčíková in Bad Waltersdorf . She celebrated her greatest successes to date in 2015 when she won the two $ 50,000 tournaments in Nantes and Olomouc , also with Kunčíková. On the WTA Tour, the two received in 2015 for the Nuremberg Versicherungscup and the BGL BNP Paribas Luxembourg Open as well as the Challenger tournament in Limoges each a wildcard . In 2016 they competed at the BMW Malaysian Open 2016 , but lost in the first round against Varatchaya Wongteanchai and Yang Zhaoxuan 4-6 and 2-6 respectively .

Stuchlá played her last international tournament so far in February 2017. She is therefore no longer in the world rankings.
