Keles is a town in the district of the same name in the Turkish province of Bursa and at the same time a district of the Büyükşehir belediyesi Bursa (metropolitan municipality / metropolitan province ) created in 1986 . The city is located about 35 kilometers south of the center of Bursa . According to the city logo, Keles was raised to the rank of Belediye in 1953 , and the Keles district was formed in the same year.
The district is located in the southeast of the province. It is bordered by Harmancık to the south, Orhaneli to the west, Osmangazi to the north, İnegöl to the northeast and Kütahya Province to the east .
