Khéphren Thuram-Ulien (born March 26, 2001 in Reggio nell'Emilia , Reggio Emilia Province , Italy ) is a French football player . He has been playing for the first division club OGC Nice since 2019 .

Career

Khéphren Thuram joined the AS Monaco youth academy in 2016 after having played in the youth teams of FC Barcelona and in France at Olympique de Neuilly and AC Boulogne-Billancourt . In August 2018 he completed two missions for the club's second team in the fourth division and thus his first games in the senior division.

On November 28, 2018, he made his professional football debut with a substitution in the 2-0 away defeat in the Champions League at Atlético Madrid after 63 minutes of play for Alexander Golowin .

For the 2019/20 season, Thuram moved to league rivals OGC Nice .

Personal

Khéphren Thuram is a son of the French world and European football champion Lilian Thuram . He was born in Italy in 2001 when his father was working for what was then AC Parma . His older brother Marcus is also a professional soccer player.
