The half-timbered -Bauernhaus is in Bad Salzuflen district deserts , about 800 meters southeast of Wüstener town center, at the junction of the new village street from the church Heider road.

The single - storey half-timbered house is the former school building on the site of today's Wüsten primary school. In its current expansion, the framework follows various modifications: core is a structure with more than small cleats vorkrakenden pediments. In the 18th century , the wall structure was changed to accommodate large windows - presumably for the classrooms. Around 1850 the building was extended to the street with a cellar with a broken stone base.
