Quote

  • “Roenspieß gives sparse interiors of this city in a composed, restrained expressiveness, saturated with melancholy, landscapes of longing that evoke memories and in which abundance conquers emptiness. In this, Roenspieß is the romantic among the companions of his generation ... He is a tectonic of inwardness. ”( Roland März )
