Kleinwolfgers is a village and a cadastral municipality of the Schweiggers community in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 39 building areas with 17,687 m² and 12 gardens on 1,095 m² in the cadastral community of Kleinwolfgers , in 1989/1990 there were 22 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 53 and in 2009/2010 there were 31 buildings on 59 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. At the turn of the year 1979/1980, 227 hectares were used for agriculture and 57 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 226 hectares and 57 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 223 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 58 hectares. The average soil climate number of Kleinwolfgers is 27.7 (as of 2010).
