Mannshalm is a village and a cadastral municipality in the Schweiggers municipality in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 32 building areas with 21,538 m² and 8 gardens on 1,910 m² in the cadastral community of Mannshalm , in 1989/1990 there were 32 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 73 and in 2009/2010 there were 42 buildings on 87 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. At the turn of 1979/1980, 258 hectares were used for agriculture and 62 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 256 hectares and 64 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 251 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 64 hectares. Mannshalm's average soil climate number is 24.7 (as of 2010).
