Klemensker is a small town with 626 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020) on the Danish island of Bornholm in the Baltic Sea . The village is located in the parish of the same name Klemensker ( Klemensker Sogn ), which until 1970 belonged to Harde Nørre Herred in what was then Bornholm's office . With the dissolution of the Harden structure, the parish was included in the Hasle municipality, and after a referendum on January 1, 2003, the municipality was merged with other municipalities into the Bornholm regional municipality . Between 2003 and 2007 it was independent and since January 1st 2007 it belongs to the Hovedstaden region .
The name of the village is derived from the church of St. Klemens in the village.
Klemensker has a dairy and is about seven kilometers east of Hasle and about ten kilometers northeast of Rønne .
