Knife Fight Club
The broadcast was recorded in Tim Mälzer's Bullerei restaurant in Hamburg, where the comments and evaluations of the individual episodes of Kitchen Impossible were already recorded. While Annie Hoffmann moderates, Mälzer and Tim Raue take on the role of the jury and largely comment on the event. They evaluate the dishes by two chefs. These are given three ingredients, which they have to process in a dish and in which they can be explicitly recognized, i.e. H. must be tasted.

Trivia
The Ready to beef! Reminiscent of this program in its design or almost completely adapts it, with the only difference that Tim Mälzer takes on the moderation, whereas Tim Raue alone has the role of the jury, and that instead of as here in Mälzer's Restaurant Bullerei , it is in one Cologne television studio was recorded.

The original broadcast, on which the German Knife Fight Club is based, is the American production Knife Fight by the station Esquire Network . It was broadcast from September 24, 2013 to December 29, 2015. Executive producer of the show was Drew Barrymore , who was behind the show with her production company. The moderator was the American top chef Ilan Hall . The title of the show, which was originally supposed to be Food Fight Club , is based on that of the film Fight Club by David Fincher . A total of 74 episodes were produced in 4 seasons. In Germany it was broadcast on RTL Living and RTL Nitro .
