Kościanka

Kościanka (German name Hansfelde, Belgard district ) is a village in the Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship . It belongs to the municipality of Tychowo ( Groß Tychow ) in the district of Białogard ( Belgard ).

Geographical location

Kościanka is located five kilometers northeast of Tychowo on the Voivodeship Road 169 leading to Bobolice ( Bublitz ) . On a side road connection is achieved by Kościanka over Świelino ( Schwellin ) 20 kilometers to the airport Zegrze Pomorskie ( Seeger ). The nearest train station is Tychowo on the Szczecinek – Kołobrzeg railway line .

history

Hansfelde, located in a very flat landscape, was part of the municipality of Warnin (Polish: Warnino) until 1945 and belonged to the administrative, civil registry and police district of Warnin in the district of Belgard (Persante) . District court district was Belgard .

Today Kościanka belongs to the Gmina Tychowo in the powiat Białogardzki . The place was assigned to the Voivodeship of Köslin from 1975 to 1998, but since January 1, 1999 it has been part of the newly formed West Pomeranian Voivodeship .

Before the Second World War, Hansfelde was parish in the parish of Schwellin (now in Polish: Świelino) and belonged to the parish of Warnin (Warnino). The parish was in the parish of Bublitz in the church province of Pomerania of the Protestant Church of the Old Prussian Union .

Today Kościanka is incorporated into the parish of Koszalin ( Köslin ). It is located in the Pomerania-Greater Poland diocese of the Polish Evangelical-Augsburg Church .
