Retowo (Tychowo)

Retowo (German name: Rottow ) is a village in the Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship . It belongs to the Gmina Tychowo ( Groß Tychow ) in the Białogard ( Belgard ) district.

Retowo is 17 kilometers east of the district town of Białogard on the voivodship road 167 Koszalin ( Köslin ) - Ogartowo ( Jagertow ). The train station is Tychowo on the Szczecinek – Kołobrzeg railway line .

Until 1945 Rottow was an estate district of the community of Neu Buckow , which belonged to the district of Köslin until 1932 , then to the district of Belgard (Persante) until the end of the war . Run by churches Rottow was oriented to New Buckow that the parish Tychowo in the church district Belgard the Evangelical Church of the Old Prussian Union was.
