It was a daughter parish in the parish Muttrin (Motarzyn), which belonged to the parish of Belgard (Białogard) of the ecclesiastical province of Pomerania of the Evangelical Church of the Old Prussian Union . The church patronage held the manor family Nimmermann. The last German clergyman was Pastor Herbert Venske .
