Konstantin Lindhorst

Konstantin Lindhorst (born September 17, 1981 in Berlin ) is a German actor and radio play speaker .

Life

Born in Berlin as the fourth of five children and raised on Sylt, Konstantin Lindhorst attended the Stuttgart University of Music and Performing Arts from 2005 to 2008 after completing his community service and made his debut at the Stuttgart State Theater as a captain in Georg Büchner's drama Woyzeck . After guest contracts at the theaters in Bonn , Gießen and Osnabrück , Lindhorst returned to Bonn in 2009 and took up a permanent engagement there until 2013. After further guest roles at the Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden and the Nationaltheater Mannheim , he was an ensemble member at the Theater Magdeburg from 2014 to 2016 , then until 2018 a member of the ensemble at the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus .

Lindhorst's other roles included Anders in a stage version of the fictional character Kalle Blomquist by Astrid Lindgren , Templar in Lessing's Nathan the Wise , Hovstad in Enemy of the People by Henrik Ibsen , Parzival in Merlin or Das Wüsten Land by Tankred Dorst , Mercutio in Shakespeare's Romeo and Julia and last but not least - at the Bonn Theater - the title roles in Shakespeare's Hamlet and The Sorrows of Young Werther by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe . In Magdeburg he played a. a. the protagonist in The Nazi and the hairdresser after Edgar Hilsenrath , in Düsseldorf a. a. Matti Brecht Mr Puntila and his Man Matti and Spallanzani in Robert Wilson's staging of ETA Hoffmann 's The Sandman .

Since 2007, Lindhorst has been in front of the camera for works at the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy . He became known to a larger television audience in 2013 in the WDR - Tatort episode Scheinwelten . He was then seen as a guest in the series Der Kriminalist , SOKO Cologne , Germany's great clans and in the Emmy Award-nominated television film Toter Winkel .

Lindhorst has also been working as a radio play speaker since 2007 and has participated in several productions for Südwestrundfunk and WDR.

Konstantin Lindhorst now lives as a freelance actor in Berlin.
