Culture and sights
In the village there is the church of St. John, built in the second half of the 12th century in Romanesque style. Aegidius. During a baroque renovation in 1692, panels with reliefs were removed from the Romanesque portal. These slabs of reddish stone were built into the outer south wall. There is no standard interpretation of what the reliefs represent. Today's panels in the church wall are copies, the originals are in the Sokolov District Museum .
South of the church on the edge of the road to Valtéřov are three atonement crosses with an unknown history.
