László Branko Breiding

László Branko Breiding (* 1994 in Karlsruhe ) is a German actor .

Life

László Branko Breiding became interested in acting at an early age. He made his first acting experience at the age of 14 in the youth club of the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe . He took part in several productions of the Junge Badisches Staatstheater, directed by Sonja Beil and Robert Besta . In 2012 he played the role of Absyrtus in the production of Der Gastfreund / Die Argonauten on the stage of the Schauspielhaus of the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe under the direction of Mareike Mikat . 2013 followed the role of "Altar Boy" in the musical Alice (director: Daniel Pflüger ). In 2013 he was a guest at the Stadttheater Baden-Baden in the world premiere production Homevideo (director: Laura Huonker ), which was invited to the “Heidelberger Stückemarkt” in 2014.

From 2014 to autumn 2017 he completed his acting studies at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich . During his training, he appeared in several productions at the Münchner Kammerspiele , where he worked with directors such as Katharina Mayrhofer , Stefan Pucher , Alexander Giesche and Wiebke Puls . In 2016 he played the role of the robber Roller in Ulrich Rasche's production of Schiller's Die Räuber , which was invited to the 54th Berlin Theatertreffen in 2017 at the Residenztheater in Munich . In 2018 he appeared in the production Das Großes Heft (director: Ulrich Rasche) at the Staatsschauspiel Dresden . Since the 2018/19 season, Breiding has been a permanent member of the acting ensemble at the Nationaltheater Mannheim . He worked there in the 2018/19 season a. a. in the productions Der Elefantengeist by Lukas Bärfuss (director: Sandra Strunz ) and Der Steppenwolf (as Harry Haller, director: Joachim Lux ). He also played one of the four “Marias” in Claudia Bauer's production of Schiller's tragedy Maria Stuart .

László Branko Breiding has been in front of the camera regularly since 2012, for example in 2014 for the international movie " En mai, fais ce qu'il te plaît " (director: Christian Carion ), which was released in 2015. Breiding had a dramatic lead episode role in the ZDF crime series Der Alte (first broadcast: May 2019), in which he embodied the young painter Daniel Egermann, who was “shaped by tragic reflections” and considered a child prodigy. In the 5th season of the television series In All Friendship - The Young Doctors (July 2019), he also had an episode lead role alongside Amber Bongard .

Breiding lives in Munich and Mannheim .
