State government and city senate Körner I

State government and Aldermen grains I was the name given to the Provincial Government of Vienna and the Vienna City Senate under Mayor and Governor Theodor grains between 1945 and 1946. The city senate grains I officiated after the Battle of Vienna and the occupation of Vienna by the Red Army with permission from 17 ./18. April 1945, from June 10th 1945 also as the Viennese provincial government. It was not elected, but formed as a provisional body through party agreements. It was recognized by soldiers from the USA, Great Britain and France after the agreed occupation sectors had been taken over, worked until February 14, 1946 and was replaced by the state government and city senate Körner II . During the government period there were three vice mayors and deputy governor, Paul Speiser was not appointed to this position until July 31, 1945. After the death of Wilhelm Kerl (ÖVP) on May 29, 1945, Fritz Reuter took up the post of City Councilor for Health. Ludwig Herberth was in office until August 4, 1945 and was then replaced by Anton Rohrhofer . Franz Fritsch , who was appointed to the state government at the suggestion of the KPÖ, but later converted to the SPÖ, had to resign on November 19, 1945. He was succeeded by his secretary Ernst Fellinger on November 20, 1945 as city councilor for food.
