Provincial government and city senate Häupl III was the name for the third Viennese provincial government and the Vienna city senate under the mayor and governor Michael Häupl between 2001 and 2005. The city government was sworn in after the state and municipal council elections in 2001 on April 27, 2001 and dissolved the provincial government Häupl II from.
