State government and city senate Zilk III
Provincial government and city senate Zilk III was the name for the Vienna provincial government and the Vienna city senate under Mayor and Governor Helmut Zilk . The city government was sworn in on December 9, 1991 and was in office until the election of the provincial government in Häupl I on November 7, 1994. The only change in the composition concerned the ÖVP city councilor Heinrich Wille , who resigned his office on September 29, 1992 and was replaced by Bernhard Görg the following day .
