State government and city senate Gratz II
State government and city senate Gratz II was the name for the Vienna state government and the Vienna city senate under Mayor and Governor Leopold Gratz between 1973 and 1978. The state government Gratz II officiated from the inauguration on November 23, 1973 after the state and municipal council elections in 1973 until the inauguration of the state government Gratz III . After the collapse of the Reichsbrücke , Fritz Hofmann resigned on August 6, 1976 from his position as the city councilor. On August 30, the state government and the city senate were expanded to include the non-executive councilors Hans Böck , Heinz Nittel , Rudolf Wurzer and Erhard Busek . On September 28, 1976, a major government reshuffle took place, as a result of which Hans Böck, Heinz Nittel, and Rudolf Wurzer were promoted to executive city councilors and there were several changes in the allocation of departments.
