State government and city senate Körner II

Provincial government and city senate Körner II was the name for the Vienna provincial government and the Viennese city senate under the mayor and governor Theodor Körner between 1946 and 1949. The provincial government Körner II officiated from the inauguration of the government on February 14, 1946 until it was on December 5, 1949 was replaced by the state government Körner III . During the government period, Paul Speiser (SPÖ) left the government team on November 8, 1947. Karl Honay succeeded him on November 11th as Deputy Governor and on November 20th as City Councilor for personnel matters, administrative and operational reform. The finance department, which Honay had held, was taken over by Johann Resch on November 20 . After Rudolf Sigmund resigned from office on June 3, 1948, Franz Jonas was sworn in as the new city councilor for nutritional matters on June 18 . On March 8, 1949, Gottfried Albrecht (SPÖ) resigned from office, followed on March 11 by Leopold Thaller as city councilor. A short time later, Karl Flödl resigned from his position as a city councilor on March 23rd and was replaced by Richard Nathschläger on March 25th . Franz Novy died in his office on November 14, 1949, but was no longer filled.
