District Court of Dillingen

The Dillingen Regional Court was an office in Dillingen an der Donau , which was established in 1804. Through the secularization of 1802/03 new areas came to Bavaria and made a new administrative structure necessary.

These were distributed over the following communities (with the respective population figures ): Aislingen 1131, Altenbaindt 114, Baiershofen 345, Baumgarten 216, Bergheim 615, Dillingen 3453, Donaualtheim 563, Dürrlauingen 344, Ellerbach 28, Eppisburg 525, Fristingen 517, Glött 125, Gundremmingen 657, Hafenhofen 333, Hennhofen 201, Holzheim 717, Mödingen 522, Mönstetten 247, Rechbergreuthen 308, Reistingen 297 Riedsend 196, Schabringen 172, Schretzheim 435, Weisingen 563, Winterbach 305 and Wittislingen 1172.

Dissolution of the regional court

On July 1, 1862, the district offices in Bavaria were established and the administration of justice and administration were separated. The old regional courts of Dillingen, Höchstädt and Lauingen were merged in 1862 to form the Dillingen district office .
