Laura Slade Wiggins
Laura Slade Wiggins (born August 8, 1988 in Athens , Georgia ) is an American actress and musician .
Life
At the age of eight, Wiggins was on stage for theater productions in her home town of Athens, Georgia. In 2006 she made her American television debut in the television production Not Like Everyone Else . 2007 was her American US in her first leading role in the production Girl, Positive alongside Andrea Bowen and Jennie Garth to see. In the following years she had guest appearances in the US series CSI: On the Trail of the Criminals , Private Practice , Intelligence and Eleventh Hour - Use at the Last Second .
From January 2011 to April 2013 Wiggins starred in Shameless , the US adaptation of the British television series , which is broadcast on the US cable channel Showtime . At the side of William H. Macy and Joan Cusack , she embodies the role of Karen Jackson .
In addition to acting, Wiggins is also dedicated to music. She plays acoustic and bass guitar in her band Dawn Soir . In addition, she publishes her own songs under the pseudonym Clementine, such as "For All I Care" in 2011.
