useful information
Leave This Town is the follow-up to the successful debut album Daughtry . As with its predecessor, some well-known musicians worked as songwriters, including for the second time Chad Kroeger from Nickelback . In addition, Ryan Tedder from OneRepublic , Jason Wade from Lifehouse , Adam Gontier from Three Days Grace and Richard Marx worked on this album. With the release of the album, the band wrote American Idol history : Daughtry was the first band on the show to have two consecutive albums placed at number 1 on the Billboard 200 . To support Leave This Town , they joined Nickelback as the opening act on their Dark Horse tour through Europe.
criticism
Overall, the reviews were average. Yan Vogel wrote on laut.de that the album promised solid hard rock with first-raising choruses and a power production in the tradition of successful commercial rockers such as Nickelback , Creed and 3 Doors Down . Audio Video Foto Bild rated the album as acceptable and also complained that the album sounded similar to Nickelback and 3 Doors Down.
