Lena is located in eastern Wisconsin about 2 km south of the North Branch Little River , a left tributary of the Oconto River, which flows into the Green Bay of Lake Michigan .
The geographical coordinates of Lena are 44 ° 57'04 "north latitude and 88 ° 02'48" west longitude. The municipality extends over an area of 2.67 km² and is completely surrounded by the Town of Lena without belonging to it.
