About half a kilometer south of Lengfelden - on the municipal boundary between the city of Salzburg and the Bergheim town of Plain - is the Salzburg Nord exit of the Westautobahn (A 1) . This is where Lamprechtshausener Strasse (B 156) starts and goes first north and then west through Lengfelden. The Mattseer Landesstraße (L 101) branches off from here and continues northeast into the Salzburg Lake District .
