Les Olmes is a commune Déléguée in the French community Vindry-sur-Turdine with 815 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Rhône region of France in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes .

On January 1, 2019, the municipality of Les Olmes merged with Dareizé , Pontcharra-sur-Turdine and Saint-Loup to form the Commune nouvelle Vindry-sur-Turdine. Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Les Olmes was part of the canton of Tarare in the arrondissement of Villefranche-sur-Saône . It bordered Saint-Loup to the north, Sarcey to the east, Saint-Romain-de-Popey to the south and Pontcharra-sur-Turdine to the west.
