Dareizé is a commune Déléguée in the French community Vindry-sur-Turdine with 545 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Rhône region of France in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes .

The municipality of Dareizé merged with Les Olmes , Pontcharra-sur-Turdine and Saint-Loup on January 1st, 2019 to form the Commune nouvelle Vindry-sur-Turdine. Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Dareizé belonged to the canton of Tarare in the arrondissement of Villefranche-sur-Saône . It bordered on the west and north-west by Saint-Clément-sur-Valsonne , in the north-east by Saint-Vérand , in the east and south by Saint-Loup and in the south-west by Tarare (point of contact).
