The 2010/11 season was the 20th season of the Latvian Ice Hockey League , the highest Latvian ice hockey league . Master was for the sixth time in the history of the HK Liepājas Metalurgs .

In the main round, the nine teams played 32 games each. The eight best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, each team received two points for a win after overtime, one point for a loss after overtime and zero points for a defeat after regular time.
