Limb Music is an independent label based in Hamburg that specializes in heavy metal . Founded in 1997 as Limb Music Products ( LMP for short ), it is now a division of Limb Music GmbH. The label is complemented by Limb Music Publishing, founded in 1989, and the mail order company Forever Rock (since 2008).
Rhapsody (now separated into Rhapsody of Fire and Luca Turilli's Rhapsody ) is one of the label's best-known bands to this day , whose debut album Legendary Tales was first released in October 1997. Over the years Limb Music has released a number of now established bands such as B. Pagan's Mind, Black Majesty, and Mob Rules. There were also bands that had already made a name for themselves, such as B. Domain and Wizard. In the later years, re-releases of classic and no longer regularly available albums found their way into the repertoire.
