List of architectural monuments in Rietz-Neuendorf

The list of monuments in Rietz-Neuendorf lists all the monuments of the Brandenburg municipality of Rietz-Neuendorf and its districts. It is based on the publication of the country's heritage list by December 31, 2019. The ground monuments are in the list of ground monuments in Rietz-Neuendorf listed.

Village church The Protestant village church stands on the village green. The originally medieval church building was converted into a transverse hall church with a low roof tower in 1793 . Inside there are wooden galleries from the renovation period. The plastered building made of mixed masonry was extensively renovated and restored in 1993 - the weather vane shows the year 1993.

Village church The Protestant village church has its origins in the Middle Ages. In the 19th century the church was rebuilt and plastered. E is a hall building with a retracted choir and a roof tower. The roof tower is boarded up and has a 'tail hood'. Inside there is a gallery on the western and southern sides of the church. The altarpiece dates from around 1650. In the altarpiece there is a shrine with five carved figures from around 1450/1460.

Manor house with park The former Groß Rietz Castle was built between 1693 and 1700. The mansion was restored in 1995. The castle park is a former baroque complex from the first half of the 18th century. There are two obelisks at the entrance.

Village church with cemetery wall The medieval stone building from the 15th century burned down after a lightning strike on August 14, 1895. The church that is in the village today was rebuilt using the remains and was consecrated as a cruciform church on April 12, 1897. After renovation work between 1994 and 1997, the re-inauguration was celebrated on June 8, 1997. Altar , pulpit and baptism were redesigned in 1966. The Sauer organ "Opus 697" dates from 1897, the two bells in the tower were made in 1896 by the bell founder Georg Collier from Zehlendorf .
