Backdoor pilot

Navy CIS: LA first airs during season six of the Navy CIS series. The character Special Agent Lara Macy, played by Louise Lombard , also appears in the pilot double episode Legende . After these two episodes, she was not included in the cast of the series. The two pilot episodes premiered in the US on April 28 and May 5, 2009 on CBS . The German broadcaster Sat.1 showed the first broadcast in German on October 25th and November 1st, 2009.

The call was programmed to reach Sam in case something happened to Turner. This last worked for the CIA and gained some insights that he only specifically transmitted to Sam via coded ciphers.

The poodle is supposed to lead the NCIS to the son of a Russian agent couple. The parents are sleepers and, like other sleeper agents, keep an atom bomb hidden. There is therefore a risk to national security.

"Quinn" is a member of the task force at the time. She and Sam fell in love and later got married. When he didn't hear from her a short time later and a corpse washes up on the beach, Sam fears the worst. Sam first takes Snyder to his chest, to whom the implications of this operation are apparently not very clear due to his statements.

A nuclear bomb is detonated in Mexico. Isaak Sidirov is behind this to prove to the world that his bombs are ready for use. With the help of Janvier, the team tries to monitor a sale of the bombs in order to be able to secure them. But out of hatred for Callen and the NCIS, Janvier betrays Sam and Deeks to Sidirov and at the end of the episode they are captured and tortured to get more information. At the same time, Michelle's cover is also blown and she falls out of a window of a high-rise building during a fight with two of Sidirov's bodyguards. However, she can hold onto a tarpaulin. The episode ends openly.
