Complete cattle yard
Bermoll, entire facility of the former cattle yard 2.jpg
Complete cattle yard Entire facility former cattle yard On the outskirts of Großaltenstädten, a complex of three farmsteads, which, according to local tradition, largely belonged to a resting and relaxing area, the so-called cattle yard. What is striking for an area with mostly loosely scattered properties is the almost closed arrangement around a large courtyard. No. 20 and No. 16 with their differently oriented gable sides characterize the entrance on Hohensolmser Straße, while No. 18 forms the eaves end of the courtyard. The associated barn was built in 1799 by Johann Georg Pfeiffer for Johann and Anna Elisabeth Rücker. The other residential and farm buildings date from the 18th and 19th centuries. The barn of no. 16 is one of the youngest parts. Due to the facility and its former function, an important area beyond the local history.

Location
floor: 9, parcel: 191/38
The property, which is prominently located on the outskirts of Großaltenstädten, encloses a spacious courtyard together with numbers 16 and 18 and, according to local tradition, belonged to a resting and relaxation area, the so-called cattle yard. Under plaster or slate, the house in particular should still be a noteworthy half-timbered structure from the 18th century. exhibit. Numerous, partly more recent details such as windows and front door give the complex an original character.

Location
floor: 9, parcel: 141
According to the inscription, the two-storey half-timbered house on a rural property was built in 1818 by Johannes Herr for Peter Welsch and his wife Anna Katharina. The half-timbered construction without bracing bars is particularly striking about the building, which is almost in the middle. This construction method, which has only been handed down in a few examples, has been propagated by government agencies since the end of the 18th century in order to save expensive timber.

Protestant church
Protestant church Hohensolmser Straße o. No.
Location
floor: 9, parcel: 29/3
The Ev. The church is located in the center of the village on relatively cramped terrain. It was built from 1846 to 1847 according to plans by builder Wagenführ instead of a previous building, the remains of which are presumably preserved in the basement of the tower. The hall building, which is now stone-sighted, is symmetrically structured by large arched windows and has a west tower with a pointed helmet placed between the stairwells. In front of it is a Kaiser Wilhelm linden tree planted in 1913. The three-sided gallery on fluted Doric columns and the pulpit on the narrow western side are decisive for the flat, brightly lit interior. Simple, strictly organized building with a classicist character.

Cultural monument for historical, artistic and urban planning reasons.
