		Hippurite Limestone Reef	NK-120	Grünbach am Schneeberg KG:  Grünbach am Schneeberg GrStNr: 390; 389; 355/1 location	The mussel reef dates from the Cretaceous Period and was the only one of its kind in Lower Austria at the time it was declared a natural monument. The reef is formed entirely from the remains of mussels of the Rudist family , more precisely from the two genera Radiolitidae and Hippuritidae . The lack of surface and deep corrosion make this reef an important scientific specimen.		December 29, 1958
