from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The list of sacred buildings in Lörrach includes all 16 places of worship in the city of Lörrach . Six of them are in the core city. With the exception of Tumringen, there is at least one religious building in every part of the city and district . Since the Reformation was introduced in the communities of Brombach, Hauingen, Rötteln (with Tumringen) and Tüllingen, which belonged to Baden early on , Protestant churches emerged there. In Stetten there are predominantly Catholic churches, as the village was an enclave in the Upper Austrian region of Baden until 1803 . (→ Lörrach # Religions ) The youngest sacred building in Lörrach is the Johanneskirche in Stetten, built in 2015.
