The Australian Embassy is located at 11 Podkolokolny Pereulok in Moscow .

The ambassador in Moscow is also regularly with the governments in Nur-Sultan (formerly Astana) (Kazakhstan), Tashkent (Uzbekistan), Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), Ashgabat (Turkmenistan), Dushanbe (Tajikistan), Yerevan (Armenia), Chișinău (Moldova) ) and Minsk (Belarus).

history

The Neva under Yuri Fjodorowitsch Lisjanski paid its first official visit during its circumnavigation of the world from 1803 to 1806 in Sydney . Since 1857 there were consuls in both states.

From June 12, 1973 to May 29, 1991, the Australian ambassador in Moscow was also regularly accredited to the governments in Ulaanbaatar .
