Individual details are borrowed from Expressionism. The cube-shaped two-storey structure made of plastered masonry with a concrete base has a flat roof with a roof terrace. The southwest corner is rounded, the northwest corner raised like a tower. The south-facing central entrance area is bay-like. On the first floor there are ribbon-like windows both on the rounded southwest corner and windows running across corners on the southeast corner. This means that the south facade is braced with the east or west facade. To the south there is a small terrace with a tire-like railing and protective roof. |
