Protected landscape components in the Vogtland district

Protected landscape components are smaller protected areas under Section 29 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act. In 2020 there were 41 protected landscape elements in the Vogtlandkreis. In addition, there are the sections of the Green Belt Germany in the three municipalities on the state border with Bavaria .
