This is the list of the East Timorese ambassadors in Angola . The embassy is located on Rua Eng. Armindo, n ° 100/102, Bairro Miramar, Ingombota in Luanda .

In addition to Mozambique, Angola was also the destination of East Timorese in exile during the occupation of East Timor by Indonesia . Roque Rodrigues became the official representative of FRETILIN in Maputo for Mozambique and Angola, from February 1979 only in Angola. In 1984 he was accredited by the Angolan government as Ambassador of East Timor. Rodrigues held the office until 1999, when the embassy had to be closed for financial reasons and East Timor came under UN administration after the Indonesians had left . In the following years, Angola was also looked after by Marina Ribeiro Alkatiri from Maputo. The new embassy in Luanda was only opened after 2012, but no ambassador of its own was yet sent.
