Loigné-sur-Mayenne is a town and commune Déléguée in the French commune of La Roche-Neuville with 928 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Mayenne in the region Pays de la Loire . The inhabitants of the commune are called Loignéens .
The municipality of Loigné-sur-Mayenne merged with Saint-Sulpice on January 1, 2019 to form the Commune nouvelle La Roche-Neuville. Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The commune of Loigné-sur-Mayenne was part of the arrondissement of Château-Gontier and the canton of Azé (until 2015: canton of Château-Gontier-Ouest ).

Loigné-sur-Mayenne is about 27 kilometers south-southeast of Laval . The Mayenne river limits the municipality to the east. The municipality of Loigné-sur-Mayenne was surrounded by the neighboring municipalities
