  • Witness is a song composed on a personal level and is about his single mother and growing up in bad circumstances.
  • Bury Me was inspired by the choices Watson made.

  • Rewind is about Watson's childhood and his path to music.
  • Still describes life in a band, especially his own group, Lionheart .
  • New Enemies is also a song about his life as a child and the hardships of growing old.

Taylor Markarian from US American Revolver describes Love Don't Live Here as a robust and to the point bold hardcore album. Songs like Pain or Rewind honestly spit tough lyrics, are good for stomping and throwing down. Still, the music on Love Don't Live Here has lost a bit of its ingenuity. It is clear that the musicians are proud of their hardcore roots, as they proclaim it in the song Still , and the album remains true to its 90s hardcore sound without going too far.

Andreas Steiner from the online music magazine Stageload is of the opinion that the album rushes forward like a thunderbolt and pops straight out of the boxes, powerful and uncompromising. Love Don't Live Here generally benefits from the musical hardness and determination that soak the songs, which also benefits the qualities of shouter Rob Watson. Although the record is not a quantum leap, it is described as a good reference album for the hardcore . One flaw that is addressed is the playing time, which the author found too short. Nadine Schmidt from the German Metal.de is less impressed and comes to the conclusion that the album is not “the fuck of your life”, but a “well-made Quicke that you remember from time to time”. The production of the album and the guest singer part by Cameron Grabowski are praised, but the group ruined the album with trivialities. The author describes the song Keep Talkin ' as a "straightforward and sharp-edged Metal -Hardcore-Board", which catapults itself into the sidelines due to the uninspired lyrics. Jens Kirsch from Ox-Fanzine, on the other hand, names the album as a half-hour soundtrack of “metallically touched concentrated hardcore aggression.” Due to the fact that the group musically forego speed, a heavy groove is guaranteed, which “especially for the Bollo faction Kirsch also praised the production and came to the conclusion that Love Don't Live Here is in no way inferior to the current releases by Hatebreed and Born from Pain .
