career

Koziol received his ice hockey training at EV Füssen , which he left for the federal capital in 2013. He switched to the Eisbären Berlin and played for their team in the German Junior League . In the course of the 2014/15 season he made his DEL debut for the Eisbären and, thanks to funding license agreements, gained additional playing practice at FASS Berlin in the Oberliga and at the Dresdner Eislöwen in the DEL2 .

In 2015 Koziol was signed by the DEL club Krefeld Pinguine , but in the 2015/16 season he was mostly used with a support license with the Lausitzer Füchsen in the DEL2 and with the Füchsen Duisburg in the Oberliga. In the 2016/17 season he extended his DEL service time in the Krefeld squad, but remained eligible to play for Duisburg and was signed by the Füchsen at the end of January 2017 until the end of the season.

In the 2017/18 season Koziol was under contract with the Kassel Huskies and also played a few games with the Adler Mannheim with a sponsorship license. In January 2018 he moved to the Löwen Frankfurt within the DEL2 .
