Lund is a municipality in the Norwegian Fylke Rogaland . The administrative center is in Moi. The geographic area in which the municipality is located is called Dalane .
history
The municipality was founded in 1837. In 1965, the old Heskestad municipality became part of Lund municipality.

The municipal coat of arms contains three acorns, which represent the three places of the municipality: Moi , Hovsherad , Ualand / Heskestad . The coat of arms was designed by Svein Arild Berntsen in 1983.
