Bjerkreim is a Norwegian municipality in the Fylke Rogaland . The geographic area in which the municipality is located is called Dalane . The municipality borders Gjesdal to the north, Sirdal to the east, Lund and Eigersund to the south and Hå and Time to the west . The Vikeså community center is located on the European route E 39, the main road between Stavanger , Kristiansand and Oslo . On both sides of the road is the archeologically investigated Storrsheia desert .
