The MZKT-69225 ( Russian МЗКТ-69225 ) is a vehicle model from the Belarusian manufacturer Minski Zavod Koljosnych Tjagachei (Russian Минский завод колёсных тягачей, MZKT for short or МЗКТ). It was first presented in 2019 and functions primarily as a launch vehicle for anti-aircraft missiles .

construction

The MZKT-69225 chassis is a further development of the 6 × 6 model MZKT-6922 and is equipped with an electronic tire pressure control system. The MZKT-69225 is a four-wheel drive vehicle with four axles, the first two of which are steering axles. The payload of the truck is 17,300 kg, the maximum speed with maximum load should be 60 km / h.

The truck is driven by an eight-cylinder diesel engine of the type TMZ-8463.10 with 500 HP, which develops a maximum torque of 1960 Nm. The hydropneumatic suspension system enables variable ground clearance and automatic level control. The minimum ground clearance, however, is 420 mm.

The MZKT-69225 chassis was specially developed for the modernized Buk-MB3K version of the 9K40 Buk-M2 anti-aircraft missile system. With the older version Buk-M2E, the model MZKT-6922 was used.
