The Volat V1 or MZKT-490100 (Belarusian "Волат" - 'mighty man', 'giant') is a protected patrol vehicle for two to six people. It is produced by the Belarusian vehicle manufacturer Minski Zavod Koljosnych Tjagachei (MZKT).

The lightly armored Volat V1 with 4 × 4 wheel drive has a hydromechanical transmission from MZKT and has a total weight of 11,000 kg. It was developed as a basic product for the development of specialized tactical vehicles. It should therefore be used as a troop transport, police and military reconnaissance vehicle or as a logistics and ambulance vehicle. It has been in series production since 2016 and used by the Belarusian Armed Forces in small numbers.
