Maja Celiné Probst
Maja Celiné Probst (born March 5, 1997 in Nuremberg ) is a German television and film actress who also appeared in the production team for two of her films and was also involved in the script for the Sci-Fi production Starling . It is also non-fiction - writer .
biography
After finishing elementary school, Maja Celiné Probst attended, among other things, an English-language international high school in Berlin. Probst had her first appearance in front of the camera when she was just four years old in 2001 in the home series White-Blue Stories . In 2004 she played a minor role as a friend of Elise Christeiner, played by Ronja Forcher , one of the main characters from the television series Im Tal des Schweigens . In 2006 she worked in several films for the television program Aktenzeichen XY ... unsolved , which deals with the investigation of real crimes. In the same year she played her own mother in a documentary for Bayerischer Rundfunk entitled Lebenslinien , when her childhood was recreated. Probst's mother is the editor of the lifestyle magazine "Frankenpower". That should have been the moment when her ambition for acting was aroused. In the period from 2008 to 2010 Probst worked in the crime series Your Mission, Father Castell with Francis Fulton-Smith in the title role, where she played the daughter of another main character played by Christine Döring , Chief Inspector Marie Blank. In the short film thriller Can't Take my Eyes off You from 2016, Probst played the leading role alongside Julia Bremermann . Mother and daughter are horrified to find that a stranger must have entered their large house. In 2018, Probst led the cast list in Juliane Block's mystery thriller 8 Remains, shot in English . She plays a young woman who sees her lifetime in a mirror before her death with the chance to fight her murderer, played by Gregory B. Waldis . Another leading role had Probst in the short film drama Love Stripes , published in the same year , in which her partner Langston Uibel is. They played the couple Lasse and Käthe, who in their insecurity have difficulty understanding each other. In her second Pilcher film, Daughters- in-Laws, released in May 2019, Probst played a key role alongside Ulrike Folkerts , Dirk Martens and Paula Schramm . Again with Juliane Block, Probst worked together in the thriller 3 Lives , which will premiere in the USA in early August 2019.
The young actress also writes books about her hobby crochet .
