Manprit Sarkaria (born August 26, 1996 in Vienna ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Sarkaria started his career at SR Donaufeld Wien . In 2007 he moved to 1. SC Großfeld . In 2013 he came to the academy of FK Austria Vienna . In May 2014 he made his debut for the amateurs of Austria in the Regionalliga when he came on as a substitute for Michael Endlicher on matchday 29 of the 2013/14 season against the Wiener Sportklub in the 75th minute .

After more than 60 games for the amateurs, he was in the professional squad for the first time in October 2017 against SCR Altach . He made his debut for the professionals in the Bundesliga in the month when he came on as a substitute for Thomas Salamon on matchday 12 of the 2017/18 season against SK Rapid Wien in the 85th minute .

In January 2018 he received a professional contract that runs until 2021.
