Patrick Pentz (born January 2, 1997 ) is an Austrian football goalkeeper . Since 2015 he has been playing for FK Austria Wien in the Austrian Bundesliga .

Career

Pentz began his career in Bürmoos , where he played for SV Bürmoos. In 2006 he moved to FC Red Bull Salzburg . In 2013 he moved to the Austrian capital for FK Austria Wien , where he was part of the regional league team for the first time in August 2013. In September 2014 he finally made his debut for FK Austria Wien II . In April 2015 he was in the professional squad for the first time. After the first two goalkeepers were canceled, Pentz made his Bundesliga debut on the last day of the 2015/16 season in the game against SK Sturm Graz .

National team

Pentz made his debut against the Czech Republic for the Austrian U-17 selection in November 2013 . In October 2014 he played for the Austrian U-18 team for the first time .

In June 2018, he made his first appearance for the U-21 team in a friendly against the Czech Republic .
